JOY Travel USA is made up of people who fell in love with the Basque people and their culture.
For almost 30 years our staff has been building relationships with students and their families, extended network and community. We have hosted hundreds of students, visited the Basque region dozens of times and enjoyed the warmth and hospitality of our new Basque friends.
We want to share this experience with our American friends and provide opportunities to “Build Friendships Through Travel”. The adventure begins by hosting a Basque student in your home which opens a door to a new family across the world.
If you cannot host, we can connect you with adults in the Basque region through travel. You can go to Basque Country with us and get to know the beautiful people and culture. Or our Basque friends may want to travel to our region and you would have the opportunity to engage with them for a period of time.
